ABOUT ME

I just graduated with my masters in Communication at SDSU. Before that, I lived in Valladolid, Spain, taught English for a year and traveled all around Europe. Currently, I am working as a teacher and am beginning to plan out my travels for next year. I love to stay active and try new things. Most of all I love meeting new people! I want to see as many different countries as I possibly can in my life time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Surfing, and hosting. Plus while I was living in Spain I met a ton of amazing people through couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfed and have met people. All of my experiences have been very positive.

Interests

Slack lining, hiking, music, traveling, people, learning, I love playing sports, eating good food, doing things that I have never done before. Dancing! Working with kids. I love to draw and make things.

Music, Movies, and Books

The hunger games, fifty shades of grey. All kinds of music! I love Mumford and Sons, Fun., country music, indie rock, folk, reggae. Music feeds my soul.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The San Juan islands are between Washington state and Victoria Canada. The highest point on the biggest island is called mount constitution. If you hike mount constitution at 4am you can watch the sunrise. Everything is so peaceful as the light peaks up from the mountains and floods the sky. Pinks, purples and blues paint a picture as the sun slowly washes them away right before your eyes. By far the most breath taking thing I have ever seen.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to dance and know the argentine tango. I also play soccer and slack line. I would love to learn Spanish and maybe even how to play a musical instrument.
