Overview
About Me
Nice to meet you! I’m a travel-loving cat mom who grew up in the Philippines and now splits my time between Chicago and Florida while working remotely. I love taking photos of people, places, food, and just about anything that catches my eye.
When I’m not exploring a new city, learning a new language, or pretending to make a dent in my reading list, you’ll probably find me at a bar laughing with friends or alone in a coffee shop soaking in the vibes and caffeine.
I’m outgoing, curious, and tend to talk fast, especially when I’m excited. I ask a lot of questions, not to be nosy, but because I genuinely love learning about people and the world around me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m passionate about new experiences, meeting people from all walks of life, and immersing myself in different cultures. If I had it my way, I’d be traveling nonstop but with a full-time job and other responsibilities, that dream has its limits.
So I make the most of every chance to explore. When I’m not traveling, I love hosting travelers instead swapping stories, sharing local tips, and keeping that spirit of adventure alive from home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My friends and I took a trip to Cebu, a beautiful province in the Philippines, where we went canyoneering. It was such an adrenaline rush, jumping off cliffs, wading through rivers, and trekking through the canyon. Nerve-wracking at times, but absolutely worth it.
Lately, I’ve been picking up new hobbies too. I’ve learned how to surf (still wiping out, but getting better!) and I’m currently trying to learn Spanish, slowly but surely.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to cook some Filipino dishes nothing fancy, but definitely tasty. I’d also love to share bits of Filipino culture, from our food and festivals to our quirks and everyday expressions. I’m always happy to learn too, whether it's a new recipe, language, or just hearing about how other people live. I think everyone has something unique to share, and I love those kinds of exchanges.
