ABOUT ME

I am a textile artist and designer who's working on different artistic projects.
I like drawing, stitching and making short movies.
I like cooking (vegi) and baking (cakes).
I'm fond of strawberries, the smell of basil and tomatoes - and even more when they come straight out of our small but well-filled citygarden.
I like birds, I like wild flowers.
I enjoy making long walks in the woods and crossing fields through the long grass.
I'm fond of stories, reading in books and hearing them from people.
I love writing postcards, and receiving letters.
I don't like mosquitos and hair in the shower.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I enjoyed couchsurfing years ago during trips through Europe, and this summer we're exploring the United States.
I love experiencing new cultures and places. I enjoy meeting and talking to local people when I'm traveling around, sharing a meal, a drink and stories. Or strolling/cycling around to share tips and places in my hometown Ghent and its surroundings.
