about me... I tend to be more an observer than an "active person" but I am open and happy to talk, discuss and listen again :)
I am in the continuous process of learning. I spent most of the time by learning from books, while in the past years I discovered the ancient treasure of learning via the "human exchange", it feels a natural way of passing knowledge, supported of course also by books and other materials.
I love to sit in front of the fireplace, to go for a walk, to be silent, to be loud, to be inconsistent in order to imporve and fail and so on.
I like to hike in different countries, mainly on mountains but I don't dislike the rest of wonder Earth!
I enjoy to cook large dishes for many people and the moment (or hours) of sitting together in a loud and crowded (italian style) table. In different moments, I also enjoy to eat few seeds and drink herbs tes in a mindfull way.

I grew up in a family of musicians with always a colourful coming and going of people from all over the world, age, gender, political views etc. I grew up in a peacful and sharing environment - I feel uncomfortable when there are tensions; in the past I would avoid discussions, now I tend to help in going to resolution. Not that I am particularly good at it, but at least I try :)

PHILOSOPHY
In this period of my life I am eager to live together, to share experiences, meals, walks together with others. At the same time, I need my space, time for my reflections and thoughts.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A girl who lived with me during my bachelor time hosted surfers from Korea, Costa Rica, Turkey, Spain...
My (ex)boyfriend and I traveled in Denmark, Sweden and Norway often sleeping by CSs, it was a great experience.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

i dont really trust people telling loud about their amazing endeavours.
i trust more those telling proudly about endeavours of others and their own little steps.
anyway, in a humble way I see the point of recognizing successfull challenges.
i was really happy to reach sloooowly slowly and with a little-backpack the Kongmaru La pass (5265m) after days of hike starting from an altitude of 3500m in Ladakh.

Cooking (no only italian) food: gnocchi, home made pasta, vegetebles, vegeterian dishes...
Astronomy, i can tell you mainly about galaxies and cosmology, not that much about stars and planets. Despite doing my phD in astronomy, I often diasgree with the current academic and research approaches..
In formulas telling about nature there is some magic, not only [cOOl] signs... but don't get me wrong, no pseudoscience just to impress!
In winter I like to produce candles (also starting from old candles) and soaps. In summer I prefer to die fabrics with batik and other techniques and produce cherry pit/other seeds pillows, eye/meditation pillows with dry lavendel, camille, carnation...
My current main interest are bees and apicolture ---->more to come ;)
I would like to learn to work wood! Different kind of working it, from the tree, to the details in a music instrument..
I'd love to learn middleage harp, new dance styles, always cooking, and more and more :P
