Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I often travel alone and couch surfing introduces me to locals and adventure companions. Besides it's way more fun to share and discover with others and I'm not particularly into selfies:). I also enjoy hosting! I have a guest bedroom with 1 double bed and also a sofa in the gazebo in the back which is great when the weather is warm.

Piloted the Metlife blimp through downtown San Francisco on my wedding day in '93!

Hitch hiked with my guitar and dog Partner throughout the US 1971- 74 and sang in 46 states!

Teach, Learn, Share

A movement and exercise coach, I can work with your posture and give you an individualized exercise program. I worked as an ergonomist for several years in NY so I can show you better ways to work at your computer or play your instrument (flutes and violins can wreak havoc on your neck and upper arms!!)
I have a captivating and basically true story for every season starting in the early -70's. There is very little that I wouldn't be interested in learning . . . . .

What I Can Share with Hosts

I cook well. I have lots of entertaining stories. I'm a good listener and sounding board for advice, suggestions and encouragement from many years of paying attention
