About Me
"everything and nothing matters"
I studied architecture in Albania for a couple of years, but decided to take a different path, maybe get to know the world outside my comfort zone.
I love to get to know about different cultures and traditions, and to talk about Albania sometimes :) I try to find simple ways to show appreciation for people. I pay attention to details and enjoy the simple things in life.
Also a cat person, who loves all the animals C:

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was in an Erasmus Exchange Program in 2022 in Italy, that's where it all started. I love to travel so I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone as much as possible, meeting new people, learning about new cultures, and beating my social anxiety. Some of my friends suggested Couchsurfing, so here I am :)
Edit* I found this on a video, I'm leaving it here:
"I love traveling because it reminds me that we are all the same, no matter where we are from. We are all just curious beings who want to enjoy life and feel comfortable with ourselves. We all feel joy and pain and excitement and hurt. We all get excited over simple pleasures, like a good meal or a sunset. I love witnessing fleeting moments in a stranger's life, in a different part of the world and feeling so connected."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
For others: I love how you can make the right people happy, with very little things, like something handmade that they might need, appreciate and love.
For myself: I stepped out of my comfort zone that one time, and It made the best year of my life.
For cats (pets): I respect their boundaries and personal space, and let them decide if they want to approach me or not hehe
Spent the night on Margaret Island in Budapest, waiting for the sunrise.
Spent the night by the Adriatic sea in Bari, experienced the most beautiful sunrise.
Spent the night in Vingis Parkas in Vilnius, dancing by the fire and eating marshmallows with friends.
Made a core memory in Ta cenc Cliffs in Malta with people I care about.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach:
- Albanian related things like language, cooking recipes, traditional dances,
- fast and easy recipes and cooking tricks (maybe),
- handmade crafts and basic embroidery stiches.
I want to learn:
- Social and cultural norms on your country,
- everyday expressions in your language,
- the best spots to see the sunset in your city
and mostly everything else you can teach me.
What I Can Share with Hosts
