Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted people everywhere I've lived. I've been hosted by many people during my travels and look forward to hosting and being hosted in the future

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted at my house.
Been hosted by a variety of people. I found that CS allows me to meet people in a more local way while i travel. experience things that my not be my natural activities but are often even more worthwhile because i would not experience them without my hosts to broaden my horizon.
I think that the best encounters on CS are the shorter ones. I think the meeting for coffee option is equally worthwhile in a new town as staying over at someones house.
The best surfers, in my experience stay for up to three days and makes themselves at home while they are around. I have my own life ongoing while they are here and it's easier to host someone who feels at home and is independent then someone who always needs attention.

Interests

farming, sports (mostly basketball), nature, literature, philosophy. crafts (woodworks and metal works but i enjoy anything new that i could learn)
Been dedicating myself to grapevines in the past few years.
