Hi! I’m Arina, I’m 24 years old and I am from Ukraine💙💛. I studied English Philology at university and have worked a little bit as a teacher and translator. Now I’m working remotely at an IT-company. I have three cats, and I love all animals (except spiders, they scare the heck out of me😭). I enjoy traveling a lot, and I hope that this service will help me meet gorgeous people around the world.

I believe it’s an amazing opportunity to find a local person who can show you around or tell you some not touristic things about the place. It’s an absolutely new experience compared to traveling on your own and joining guided tours. And of course it helps to save some money for future travels:)

Music, Movies, and Books

It’s always a challenge for me to choose my favorite book or film, because there are so many good ones, but what came to my mind now is the Catcher in the Rye and Midsommar for a film. I love almost all kinds of music. I’ve studied at music school and sang in a choir for 9 years, so classical music has a very special place in my heart.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to student festival (ISFIT) in Norway when I was 19, where I met people from over 50 countries. This was the first time in my life when I discussed culture and politics with people from so many countries and even continents. It has influenced my outlook and gave me an opportunity to see that the world is much bigger and much more varied than I could imagine. I still believe it was one of the best decisions in my life to go there.
