Music, Movies, and Books

Well, in 2015 when I was purposeful enough (and, to be honest, arrogant enough) to complete this profile showing the most interesting facts about myself, I put into this box names of almost all iconic directors of XX century - Lars von Trier, Jim Jarmusch, Jean-Luc Godard, Terry Gilliam, Roman Polanski, Woody Allen, Tim Burton, Alfred Hitchcock, Pedro Almodóvar. But the truth is that after three years I can't remember the cast of "Dogville", not so sure about "Rosemary's Baby"plot and still have a very vague idea of the french new wave.
So, in general what I value in cinema is the picture, the aesthetics of the image, memorable music and the uniqueness of created universe. Oh, and I really do love documentaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled by hitchhiking with a group of five girls in Georgia.
Made a part of Transsiberian way from Moscow to Baikal lake by trains.
Visited the "edge of the world" in Kanyakumari, surrounded by hundreds of pilgrims.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Hope to call myself an interesting interlocutor. I can share stories, fun facts about Russia and international volunteering.
Unfortunately, I'm not great in cooking, but I'm pretty amazing in drinking (no, not all russian girls are), so it will be a pleasure to share a good drink.
