CURRENT MISSION
Cultivating new friends in where I live right now
ABOUT ME
I finished studying dance and filmmaking at university about four years ago. So I make some movement video works, and photography - I just started my Instagram account. Plus got bagged yoga instructing qualification this summer in India, so I'm offering one to one yoga therapy session as well as teaching swimming to a group of children weekly.
I used to practice a vegan diet when I was an undergraduate student for three years. I think the reason for my depression at that time was due to the unbalanced hormone caused by the vegan diet. I was already thirty-five years old-ish around that time. Women's body is interesting. Now I pretty much eat everything but organic. The butter needs to be coming from happy cows that have been grazing on the green grass in the countryside. Eggs from biodynamic chickens etc. I love making my own buttermilk and cream-cheese by using local unhomogenized milk and making sauerkraut using the byproduct of whey. I wish to grow my own veg again next spring 2019, I need to start looking for some allotment in my new local.
PHILOSOPHY
Love is the root of freedom. Letting go means diving in. Loving someone you have ever loved them before.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am not so crazy about music and films anymore, in the way of consumption I guess - but of course, I do love listening to the eloquent piece of sounds and going to see the performances. I am definitely not the type that always on the headphone or staring and swiping the tablet. I would meditate and listen to the environmental sound often. But sometimes, when I wake up my mind playing a tune for the day, it depends on my daily mood where about I am. Jim Jarmusch, Chris Marker, Stanley Kubrick, David Lynch those are the name of director I can think of right now that I like their work. One of my friend's sister recommended me an animation film called "Waking life" the other day, but I haven't had the chance to see yet.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Swimming in the blue and white underworld of St.Paul pool cave in Malta after a half an hour of hiking from the nearby fishing village. There are purple coloured seaweeds on those ginormous white rocks when you get in the water, they are so soft like thick carpet on your feet.
In India, I listened to the orchestra of frog mating symphony while watching stars from the courtyard of where I trained for yoga teaching.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach yoga, swimming, buttermilk making, and go to some improvisation dance session together?
I endlessly would like to learn new and old fantastic music, and literature, please.
I will share the joy of breakfast.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I will bring some fruit tea and chat about life in general during taking me out in your town~
