Hi,
I'm Tana (28) and me and my husband Gean(29) are about to start THE adventure of our lives!
We are going to spend 5 months traveling around South America to learn more about the typical food and culture, our project calls SABOREANDO LA AMERICA!
I'm a chef and owner of a culinary school in Brazil, and Gean works with IT. We have a dog daughter, Joy, and being far from her will be the worst part.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We want to learn from real people, in real homes, eating real food, not only what tourists do. That's why we think Couchsurfing will be the best way to do it!

I love all Nicholas Sparks books and movies, adventure, drama and comedy. I'm also a Harry Potter fan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I already traveled to 26 countries!
Traveling is not only a hobby, but also a passion, a life style!
I lived in the USA for 1 year, spent 1 month in New Zealand, Ghana and Canada.
I just love meeting new people, culture and food.
