ABOUT ME

I love the outdoors, especially the ocean.
I enjoy hiking, swimming, surfing and climbing. I'm very passionate about food and love to learn new cooking techniques. I've made a lot of different kinds of fermented foods and beverages.

I have a lot of interests and enjoy learning about almost any topic. You can often find me down a Wikipedia hole late in the evening.
