Hello there :)

I have been traveling around the world on and off for the past 5 years, staying and living in the Philippines consecutively for about two years.
Due to the Corona situation I had to move back to Germany but started traveling around Europe for a couple months instead.
Let nothing stop the traveling spirit 😁

I got stuck in the Philippines because I just loved it soo much there especially the people, the foods and of course all the stunning islands!

My goal was to visit over 100 of the Philippine Islands and just achieved that after 2 years on the day of the Corona Lockdown and safely made it home in time aswell 🎉....just 😅

Diving is something I really discovered for myself there so I went ahead and did all the licenses to become a dive guide and have the best office view.
The most colorful coral reefs with plenty of fish and interesting creatures around you!
Ask me anything about diving and I'll happily tell you more about it 😊

Meeting new people and having interesting conversations with others and share laughs together is something I always enjoy.
On my travels I met many great people so I know plenty of you are out there and I'm heading forward to meet you.
I really like to explore a city by bicycle and enjoy visiting the favorite spots of the locals not the most touristic. I love to go hiking, climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding and wakeboarding (also with a kite) aswell as surfing and kayaking. Basically anything sportive outside or in the water. But I also enjoy sitting in a park or a small cute café and just chill ☺️
I dont drink alcohol and also dont smoke but sometimes Im keen for a night out, play pool, chitchat or whatever, just prefer getting a fruit smoothie 😋
No matter if it's raining, I'm starving or everything goes wrong nothing can touch my good mood as I'm a happy and positive person.
I don't need much. Just a corner for my backpack and a couch for myself and I'm content.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a great way get to know the people and culture of a country so I am on couchsurfing to really arrive in the country I'm visiting exchanging experiences with others and of course to make friends ☺️ When I am back in Germany from my travels you are very welcome to visit me in lovely Bremen! To give and get tips that aren't on the lonely planet is something I really like.

Interests

I like to explore new things and am open to try something I never did before. As of now I try to learn the guitar, and began to do Acroyoga (acrobatic Yoga) and tried silks, because I was traveling with an aerialist for some time.
For some reason I remember random facts very well. Did you know the brightest artificial source of light on the earth is the top of this pyramid in Las Vegas or how many teeth a shark has?
Maybe I can surprise you with something funny you didn't know before ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy watching a good movie together but when I'm traveling I usually have a book with me.
I like techno and electronic music but I'm fine with most music and really enjoy reggae too 😋

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was traveling with a van we picked up a hitchhiker in Barcelona and he stayed with us several days sleeping in our van also and became a real friend. We dropped him in Portugal but met him several times again and in the end he joined our trip back to Hamburg and visited me there for a week.

On a second trip when I was hitchiking with my sister we ended up camping in an artists garden in France with a donkey, two gooses, five sheeps (hell they where anoying in the morning :D), cats and dogs, ducks and even a goat. On our way back we visited them again and stayed at their house for a week with three more people we met on our journey.
Really great people out there. I'd love to meet YOU :)

Trying to learn tongue twisters in another language ;)

Getting creative to solve a problem is something I really enjoy. If you need an external advice or help with something just ask me straight away and I'll do my best to help you :)

I hope I can leave a bit of the traveller mood in your living room. Also if I can help you with anything I would be happy to do so and give something back for your hospitality :).
