We’re Arjun and Vandana, a couple from Kerala, India, with a shared love for exploring new places and meeting people.

About Me (Arjun): I’m a lawyer who stumbled into entrepreneurship. I love diving into law, technology, and human rights. I also write short stories in Malayalam and run a YouTube channel where I break down legal topics in a simple, everyday style. I’m passionate about Indian and Kerala politics, the Free Software Movement, and Rationalism.

About Vandana: Vandana is a teacher at Kendriya Vidyalaya with a deep passion for English Literature. She’s studied at Jamia Milia University and EFLU Hyderabad. She’s always up for discussing books and culture, and loves exploring local cuisines and soaking up new experiences.

Together, we believe that traveling is as much about the people we meet as the places we visit. We’ve explored some incredible parts of India and now we’re excited to broaden our horizons internationally. Couchsurfing, for us, is an awesome way to connect with people and experience a place through local eyes.
