I bet whenever you see the 'about me' section, you start thinking about what to write. Me? Hello, I am Arjun Verma and I belong to Chandigarh. Being the son of an Army officer, I keep shifting places every couple of years. As a result, I have seen a number of places, travelled across various states, stayed for years in the remotest parts of the country.
And this has given me a taste for travelling and writing, and has become a part of me! I so cannot stay at one place for more than few months and that is when hitchhiking rescues me! :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Oh travelling is more like a necessity to me! I have been travelling since I was a kid and now that I've picked up creative writing as my profession, seeing new places and meeting new people helps me broaden my thought process and helps me with my writing. I have hitch-hiked and covered a lot of places. I do not like to travel as a tourist, but as a local. Homestays, local food, exploring places and that is why I am on Couchsurfing!
