One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Watched the sunrise of the Mount Everest in Tibet, where it is over 5000 ft above sea level.
Spent the winter holiday in the northernmost city of China, where the temperature was 20 something oC below zero.
Jumped out of a perfectly functioning aeroplane at 15,000ft and laughed all the way down.
Met amazing new people along the journey, keeping contact with them and visiting each other's home country, isn't that amazing?
Teach, Learn, Share
How about a yoga session / meditation together?
A gentle yin yoga session is my all time favorite and I would really love to share the lightness with you. It is very satisfying for me when I can help people to ease their pain and soreness.
