I was born and grew up in a poor mountain town, my little friends and I often played in the river and ran in the mountains. What impressed me most in childhood was a group of children sneaking through the window into the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of the county hospital, eating red dates, hawthorn, licorice and even cough syrup ... (We were short of clothes and food, candies were rare, which is why we ate everything sweet in the pharmacy )...until we were caught by a lurking pharmacist. Upon tracing, almost every child in the county hospital participated in .We also sneaked into the obstetrics and gynecology department and used condoms as toys: blown into a "Porn balloon" the size of melon（In those conservative times, we children also vaguely knew that condoms were related to sex）, or filled with water to make a bunch of grapes, or gave a few as gifts to the best friends. We encouraged each other to go boldly to see the morgue, and then talked it as a showpiece in front of our classmates. ..I often walked to the side of the railway to watch the green steam train whizzing past, fantasizing that the train would take me far away ...
A few days before my 19th birthday, the steam train took me to a big city. To be exact, after several years of hard work in high school, I got a full scholarship to enter a normal university....I've been working as a teacher and living in Chongqing China for many years. I take long trips almost every summer vacation, my students say that I don't look like someone in early fifties but like a 10-year-old girl who wants to see the outside world. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At the age of 16, my mother wanted me to find a job as soon as possible to lighten the financial burden of my parents. I insisted on going to senior high school and studied hard for three years, got a full scholarship to go to college.
