I have two jobs: 1) Youth Organizer for a Women's Center to teach youth about domestic violence, sexual assault, and healthy relationships; and 2) College and Career Adviser for middle school students.

Because my partner (in the picture) and myself are traveling together, I think it would be best to let him speak for him self here in this "about me" section:

Sup, I am the guy in the picture. I am really lay back, I love making conversations with strangers, beer, referencing 90's TV shows, reading philosophical works (some favorites include Ludwig Wittgenstein, Friedrich Nietzsche, Arthur Schopenhauer, and Immanuel Kant) , as well as investing spontaneous moments of adventure with my friends. I also am an avid PC gamer, philosophic writer and debater, dog lover, and coffee drinker.

What do I do for a living? I am a Expert of Public Safety at Dodgers Stadium in CA Los Angeles. All I do is make sure no one dies, gets hurt or steals anything in the Stadium - I work very closely with Law Enforcement personal. However, I am looking into spending more time in college, for it has become a second home (in a sense).

Couch surfing and being able to see the country/city that I am visiting from a local's point of view. I [we] want to get a more personal experience and make lifelong friends along the way by sharing travel stories, views, and laugh together. I would love to keep in contact afterwords!

-When someone is hosting me: I clean-up after myself, put my belongings in one corner, compromise when it's a good time to come in and leave, and I shower quickly.
-When I travel, I am not at their home, I am mostly outside exploring the city. Fyi, I don't mind exploring the city with the host! In my view, that would be better to get to know the place and culture through a resident! =]
