I am a 19 year old in between high school and college. When I graduated high school in June of 2018, I decided that before I went off to college I needed to do some exploring, so I took the year off to travel. So far I have visited Canada, Nepal, Ecuador, Lithuania, and France, and my favorite part in every trip has been meeting new people from around the globe. I love passing time with people from different backgrounds and learning what they have to teach teaching what I have to offer.

This past winter I spent seven weeks in Ecuador and during most of that time I was speaking primarily Spanish. Although I don't think I speak well enough to call myself fluent, I am good enough to have conversations and communicate relatively clearly, and I LOVE to practice with native speakers!

Music: the four big genres that I like are Pop, Hip-Hop, RnB, and Indy, and of course there are artists outside of those genres that I like, such as Natalia Lafourcade and Rosalia.

Movies: It's hard to point to one favorite, but some movies that I like include, Blackkklansman, The Shape of Water, and The Jungle Book.

Books: Lord of the Rings, Maus, Harry Potter

I am a graduate of a very alternative school, so I can share a lot of knowledge on the topic of education. I'm also happy to tell you about anything listed in my interests, from american politics to my favorite soccer teams.

As far as learning goes, I'm happy to hear about anything you're interested in. I particularly love to talk about the things listed in my interests, but anything you have to teach is of value to me.
