My name is Arman and I was born and raised in Sydney Australia. Me and my lovely partner Sigrid live together on the coast of Port Macquarie, enjoying beautiful sunny beaches, nature walks and art. I am enthusiastic about health, fitness and music. I am quite a relaxed and chilled guy who loves funny conversation, being social and experiencing new things. My partner Sigrid is a professional artist who excels at painting/photography/filming and editing. She is a kind and gentle soul with a bubbly cheerful attitude who is quite passionate about enjoying a cup of coffee. We are a very clean, respectful and considerate couple. We will never leave a mess or bother any host, we greatly appreciate the hospitality and kindness offered by hosts willing to accept us for accomodation and look forward to becoming a friend.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Helping someone greatly improve their health, fitness and confidence is an amazing feeling. Being able to restore motivation and vigor to those who were previosly down is an honour. I have trained clients that have severly struggled with obesity and other conditions and have succeeded in improving their way of life and how to live in a happier and healthy manner.

Sigrid uses Art as a form of therapy to assist the elderly express themselves creatively, improving their mental and emotional state. she brings joy to all her students and uses techniques of teaching that help people understand how art is created and expressed.

We can teach fitness, art, photography, cooking and speaking Farsi or English. We are able to share our experiences and stories about living in Australia and are excited to learn new cultures by travelling and connecting with people.
