ABOUT ME

I decided in the Fall of 2013 to quit work and move to Istanbul for a few months. So I landed here in Istanbul in December 2013.

I was excited to dust off the old CS profile and get active again. Unfortunately, I couldn't log in anymore, and I remembered it was hijacked/deleted... So I had to create a new one. But I'm excited to be back!

I like to travel and see things and people and do other generic-sounding things. Sometimes interesting things, too.

PHILOSOPHY

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As I said, I deleted the CS account that I used from 2008-2011.

I plan to go to CS events to meet new folks, and I may start surfing, too. Will host as soon as I have my own place again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While in San Diego, I hosted a number of surfers from around the world. It was especially awesome because I was living in the International House (university housing for international students) then, so every night was like a CS event.
