About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live my dreams :-)
ABOUT ME
I like the nature and meeting people. Like to go for a walk, making new experiences, I like eating, like to go for a hike, riding my bike, go swimming, going for adventure tours like cave trekking and canyoning, but also I like just to relax and watching DVD or playing parlor/board games, sometimes playing computer games and also talking with other people.
And naturally I like travelling (mostly by train, feet or bus)
And also i'm a bit of a dreamer, thinking about things, dreaming about things, but also try to do my dreams in reality, if possible.
My english is not the best, but I work on it and i'm happy for every chance to improve it :) But it should be enough for normal conversation.
PHILOSOPHY
I like travelling by train very much, try to live in respect to the nature, try to live a more "sustainable" life and it's important for me to tolerate and respect the opinion and culture of other people.
I'm friendly (at least i hope I am :-) and calm, but like adventures, I'm open minded for general, but don't like things that destroying nature, I'm a bit shy sometimes in contact with people I don't know, which makes me look doubtful sometime, and often I'm just thinking too much :D, but I can also be frolic and can join several mischiefs :) (even if sometimes I need a push :-))
But anyway I think you have to decide for yourself what you think about me :)
I believe in harmony and would love to see people all-over the world to live in peace together. Well, sounds a bit hippie-style, but it's true :D
And I believe that every person and every meeting is special! And that everything in life has a reason. (What reason? I don't know :p)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I offer my mattress for up to 2 people in my small, moderate flat. Also I would like to use hosts on my travels and get in contact with other people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Until now I only had great, positive experiences.
In the beginning sometimes I felt a bit unsure for this new way of meeting people, but anyway I enjoyed every stay (both: the stay of my guests and my stay at hosts ^^)
Every visit let's me see the world from another point of view and this is just gorgeous.
Interests
Hiking, climbing, cave trekking, canyoning, snowshoe hiking, riding my bike, just be in and enjoy the nature, cooking (mostly vegetarian and most times without dairy and as much "certified organic food" as possible), sitting in a restaurant or cafe, or just enjoy the life, also I like geocaching, playing parlor games (especially role playing board/card games) and laughing but also to philosophize.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite Movies/Series: The Host, Doctor Who, Merlin, Star Trek Series.
I like science fiction, fantasy and some comedy and documentary.
Music I like: some rock music, some pop music, some metal music, some punk music, some folk music, some techno/dance music, some film music, some game music (if its good), some jpop/asian music, and so on.
It's not so easy to define my music interest :)
Favorite artists are: The Gathering, Mila Mar, Schandmaul, Hajime Chitose (元ちとせ), Miwa Sasagawa (笹川美和), and more :-)
As you can see my favorite artists are mostly no famous artists ^^
I'm always open for other music types and music from other nationalities. It can be enriching.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
crawled through the "Trockenes Loch" cave, which was really an adventure and where I have seen places, which only very view people can see.
Also visiting the Salzkammergut was very awesome for me, because the nature and mountains there are very beautiful.
Travelled all the way from Vienna via Paris and London to the Isle of Skye by train and bus. It was a great experience!
