Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet interesting people and want to understand the lifestyle of the locals. I can say that i am travelling from 2009 onward so now meeting new people has become an addiction to me.

I want to explore the places where locals hang out, try the foods which the locals prefer and most importantly understand (love) the place like the local does.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking for 6 days in a place with no electricity, modern life amenities(no even GPS), no human presence. Drank water directly from the source of the river(glacier melt water). Encountered a lot of wild animals at night. Gathered food from the surroundings.
