Hey, this is Arnau! I am a student who lives in Argentona, a small town very close to Barcelona, Spain. I'm currently studying Aerospace Engineering in Universitat Politècnica de Barcelona(UPC).
I have always lived in Spain, although I spent 10 months in Louisiana, USA, to do one of my school years there. With that experience, I had the opporunity to learn from another completely different culture and meet my host family, who hosted me and treated me so well during all that time!

The thing I enjoy the most is to skydive. I once did a tandem jump when I was 14 years old, and when I turned 18 I finally had the opportunity to get a license. Since then, every now and then, when I can save enough money I go and do a few jumps! It's just awesome and hard to describe that sensation! I one day want to end up doing BASE jumping!
I used to play tennis and run track but due to a lack of time because of the study and having the university away from home I now just practice parachuting and I also sky during the winter!

Apart from that, I love to hang out with all my friends and we use to go to the woods, the beach or just party a lot too! Specially love festivals. I have a girlfriend with who I spend much time too because we enjoy being together and doing the same things!

I'm a happy and enthusiastic person, with much energy to do things and I love adventure! I enjoy every activity you can do at home but much better if it's in the open air. In my free time I hang out with friends ,I run, go to the cinema, meet new people, and always have a time to take a cold beer with friends!I really enjoy getting to know other people and countries.

I am an easygoing guy and with me you can always talk about everything. I am also calm , a social gay and very open minded.

Other important thing is, I am happy to have friends which are black, white, africa, asian, indian, homosexual, cristian, muslim,jewis... I doesn't make a difference to me. I engoy getting to know different points of view of life!

I don't really care where you are from, which is your religion or your sexual relation, as far as you are very nice and polite to me, I will be the same for you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't really know how to describe what kind of movies do I like, I just like them all! I always enjoy watching a move with my family or friends and any kind. Action or thriller would be my first choice buy I love every kind of movie.

I really don't read much. I used to play Playstation but i guess the third model got old and few people plays it now.

I like much music! The one that I love the most is Reggae, rap and also house or electronic music. I also like tekno or pretty much everything you can listen to the radio! Reggaeton is not much of my interest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, I haven't done many amazing things but with the one I wold stay is parachuting. I thing is the most amazing decision I have taken and I love every now and then fall from sky with some friends and enjoy having a very very crazy and good time!! You feel the adrenaline in your body every single time you exit the plane! I've done puenting too which was also very nice!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love learning languages and different cultures! I am always very curious how other people think and do their daily things. I love to chat of interesting stuff that I do not know and to visit unknown places.
Everyone who's interested in learning lenguages I can speak Spanish and Catalan! I also love to talk about the things that passion me and about my beautiful country. I live in Catalunya next to Barcelona an it's an amazing place to be in and it gives you sea, mountain, and all what you need.

I look for someone who is pationate to tell me his storys and his life. To know much more of one place and to visit it like a real cityzen of the place would do! I wany YOU to share all your experiences to me! We make life from those little moments that we share with others!
