Taking the long way home !!

ABOUT ME

After our one year adventure in the Land Down Under, we are on our way back to our home of Montreal. But not SO fast!! It is still winter there and we are not ready to confront the cold.
Hence we have been traveling in Asia for the past 2 months; visited Singapore,Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Saigon, Hanoi, Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai, Xian, Beijing, Tokyo and Istanbul. Now we are continuing our journey with a 2 months road trip in France and Belgium.

We are excited to continue couchsurfing during our trip. In the past,we had the best experiences as travellers and hosts in Montreal. We had made long-time friends through the couchsurfing network.

Past travels: I was born in Brussels, grew up in Montreal, spent 2 years in Copenhagen, 2 in Casablanca, 1 in London, 6 in France (Paris, Biarritz, Toulouse). Grace was born in Taiwan and grew up in Montreal and backpacked around Europe and Japan for her love of architecture.

Ma langue maternelle est le Français et Grace est trilingue (anglais, français, chinois)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Grace and I started by hosting a few people in Montreal. A year ago, we became CS travelers and used couchsurfing to meet lots of great people during our travels in USA and Australia. Now we hope to do the same in Europe !!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Everyone that couchsurfed at our apartment was awesome! We've enjoyed receiving people over with whom we shared some great experiences and made some new friends around the world.

Other than this 1.5 year trip that we are on, I also went on a 4 weeks road trip with a friend starting from France then Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Germany. IT WAS AWESOME!!!
