About Me
If I have to describe myself, I would tend to say that I am genuinely curious about everything wich can be a source of anxiety in some decisive moments (i.e having to choose a program for university) wich is not the worst problem I guess...
My big passion in life is cooking, I got introduced to it by my grandma when little and I never stopped since. To me, cuisine includes art, culture, history.... Artistically speaking, it is my medium to express creativity. To me flavors are like words, notes or images to other arts that I assemble to create the work that I have on mind ( To me the most inspiring chef is probably the cantalàn Ferran Adrìa).
Interests
Talking, debating, laughing at our theories developed after smoking a doobie.

I played soccer all my childhood and really like it yet I would say that tennis is now my favorite sport.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music : Simon and Garfunkel, Iron and Wine, Alt-J, Fauve, Indochine Pierre Lapointe, Les Cowboys Fringants
Basically, a lot of quebec and canadian music, mostly folk and indie. But I truely like many, many different kinds, from classical to punk with everything in between, except heavy metal...
Movies: Mommy, Apocalypse now, Koyaniisqatsi
Quebec films ( Ex. : Xavier Dolan, Denis Villeneuve, Jean-Marc Vallé, etc.)
I should know french cinema better, but I don't. I am very ignorant towards this one.
I like documentaries a lot, especially the NFB ones.
Books: L'avalée des avalés de Réjean Ducharme, Poésie d'Émile Nelligan
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Definitly, cook bacon shirtless.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach : Cooking, it would be a pleasure (I work in a decent restaurant in Montreal)
Learn: EVERYTHING, like I mentionned previously, I am curious. Music is something that really fascinates me, yet I have no knowledge of it and probably not a lot of talent...
