I just finished my Master in Interpreting (Dutch, German and Russian)

I'm a very talkative person who likes to laugh, make international friends and see the world. I'm very eager to learn new languages as well. Above all I enjoy speaking in the foreign languages which I master.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Through Couchsurfing I have the possibility to see a city through a cititizen's eyes. Knowing what the places to be are, tips and tricks... The simple stuff which you don't hear if you would stay in a hotel. I want to see and experience new things rather than just going to the shopping street.

Three years ago I've been couchsurfing in Cologne with a friend for three days. Our host was really nice and we had a wonderful experience. That's why we decided to go to Amsterdam the next year. Our host was so kind, that he even invited us to go partying with him. We still keep in touch.

It doesn't really matter, as long as it's fun and not too expensive ;-)

I enjoy reading Russian and German books to improve my reading and writing skills.

I enjoy talking with people from other countries to get an insight in how they see the world and what they think about some political questions. It's very enriching to share experiences with one another. I can hear things which may inspire me to do new things and I hope ofcourse I can inspire others as well. I'll be more than happy to help you with some Dutch phrases or with the vulgar expressions ;-)

I could show you around in Oostende, Brugge, or Gent for a moment and tell you the nicest spot, which you really must have seen after your visit! :)
