About Me

Hey guys!

I am a french traveller willing to visit new countries and to make meaningfull encounters.

I am a rather simple guy: I just like to live! So I like to visit new places, to grab a drink with people or to share a dinner with friends. And I am still a student: I am finishing a master degree in Finance in France and I hope to be working in some financial institutions one day.

I am also quite fond of cinema and sports: I watch a lot of them and I am always eager to discover new stuff :)

I speak fluently French and English and I am currently learning German and Spanish.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What I liked the most in my different trips was to meet people: I don't think you can possibly enjoy your stay in a country if you don't share friendly moments with people from that country!

So thanks to Couchsurfing I hope that I will have the chance to meet new friends who will make me discover their city from their point of view.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite Music: I will probably go with West Coast, from Coconut Records. The singer is brilliant and, cherry on the top, also acts in top movie (mainly from Wes Anderson).

My favorite Movies: The list would be quite long! I am fan of Scorsese (basically all of his movies with a preference for Raging Bull), Wes Anderson (The Life Aquatic is my favorite), or Eastwood (I loved his westerns). And for those who haven't yet, you should try The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman.

My Favorite Books: I think Dennis Lehane is currently my favorite writer and I especially liked The Given Day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a humanitarian project in Burundi and this was so far the most amazing and meaningfull thing that I did in my life! To explain the whole project would be rather long so to sum it up: it was a project about meeting people and share our testimony to as many people as possible to sensibilize them to the (difficult) situation that faces this country.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Definitely a beer! and a good french dinner prepared by myself.
