Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing combines two of the things I love the most, meeting new people, and traveling. As an anthropology student, I constantly learn about new cultures and I understand the importance of learning about a culture from a local's perspective. I want to be able to experience a culture as a local would, to get rid of all my preconceived notions, and to be fully immersed in the lifestyle.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I brought many artists from different walks of life together to create videos.

Meeting someone for the first time on Saturday, and traveled with them to another country on the following Tuesday. Our second time speaking to each other was at the airport leaving for Taiwan. We had an absolutely amazing time, and we're still good friends even now.
