About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live according to truth and sensibility.
ABOUT ME
I am a polite person, alert to my surroundings, somewhat shy, open minded, liberal and patient. Constantly trying to make life a more meaningful and enjoyable experience.
I used to be a high school teacher , now I'm starting to teach Yoga (based on a combination of the Iyengar style and principles and methods I've learned from my Tai Chi teacher). So, yeah, I also practice Tai Chi (Chen Man Ching's Yang style) and also philosophy (I have a master's in it and see it, too, as a form of praxis which I exercise).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host and I surf
I do it for the experience - the interaction with someone entirely new is fun, whether as a host or as guest, and also for paying less for accommodation and allowing others to pay less for accommodation too. Today the prices of accommodation are so high and make traveling a little less fun - so why not share a bit and recieve.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Very good.
I've done a trip to Europe and New York a few years ago and had very pleasant CS experiences as a surfer. Since I returned to Israel I've hosted and had great experiences as a host as well.
Interests
I like to talk, hang out, eat good food, drink good wine, have a beer, listen and dance to good music, watch a good movie or TV series (am now watching "the Leftovers" - really good), read, write, Yoga, Tai Chi, Philosophy, Art (I used to draw, hope to return to it one day).
