Overview
About Me
I'm an architect turned photographer. I moved to Australia when I was 18 to study and have sort of settled down here in Melbourne to work as a photographer.
I love meeting new people and learning about how they live and their culture. I'm not interested in material things and would gladly spend money on experiences that will last a lifetime.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm wanting to meet local people who stay in the cities I am visiting and to experience life as a local. Tourist sties are of no interest to me. The local, everyday life of someone who belongs in the culture is the best experience.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love any type of music. But if I had to choose an artist, it would be, Norah Jones. Anything jazzy. Or John Mayer. Anything blues.
I love movies that are real and down to earth (One Day, Definitely Maybe). Romantic movies are awesome, the ones that are not fairy tales. Movie that make me think are also great (Inception, Memento).
My favourite books are The Alchemist, One day, Deep work.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hmmm...nothing really. If anything, I would say that I have broken out of the mould that my culture has expected me to conform to. The normal life of working to buy stuff that you don't need to impress people you don't like and being in that cycle. I'm proud of that.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach photography skills with my hosts!
I'm also open to things. I will try anything once! So I am happy to learn anything.
I will share my love for travelling with my hosts!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my experiences in life, of love, of philosophical thoughts.
I can also share my skills as a photographer with my hosts. I love taking portraits of people and would love to give them a portrait in return for hosting me.
