I am a PhD student in Astrophysics currently living in Canada (originally from India). Photography is my passion. I travel many countries for photography, adventures, hiking, camping. Couchsurfing is a great way to connect to people and know different cultures. I have hosted many people when I was living in Italy and was hosted by few too. It was an amazing experience. Right now I live in a city which doesn't get any tourist or traveller. So don't get much chance to connect to people via Couchsurfing but always try to use it when I travel.

It's a great idea. It is good to know new people from different part of the world and also make new friends :) It's a great idea to make connections with people from all over the world and learn their cultures and living style.

I can´t host all the times and I am really busy with my study most of the time. But I will be happy to show you Pisa and some really secret places which I explored nearby. Also I can meet you in Florence, Lucca,Livorno,Cinque Terre too, if I've time.

Music- Classical (Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Chopin,Bach,Tchaikovsky,Rakhmaninov and many more) , jazz, pop,rock and movie themes

Some favourite bands- Queen, Pink Floyd, Linkin Park, Coldplay, Imagine Dragons

Movies- Basically a movie geek. Watched tons of movies from different languages. Favourite Directors- Federico Fellini, Stanley Kubrick, Jean-Luc Godard, Vittori De Sica, Michael Haneke, Ingmar Bergman, Andrei Tarkovsky, Alejandro González Iñárritu, Martin Scorcesse, Woody Allen,Robert Bresson, Tarrantino and finally Nolan. I think I still missed few good names.

Books- A book nerd too. Can't write all of them but I love reading. Kafka is my favourite
