ABOUT ME
Born and raised in California, educated in Massachusetts currently living in Seoul, following the path that unfolds before me, pursuing positive energy and profound experiences.
PHILOSOPHY
Personal philosophies are personal; more often than not, they lose their essential urgency-presentness-resonance when we attempt to convey (or sometimes, discharge upon) others. I think that one need not have an overall "guiding philosophy," although it's certainly nice if one does. The most interesting thing about such philosophies is that they are in a constant state of flux. Why? Because change is perhaps the most constant dilemma of the human condition, and the only way to overcome it is to embrace it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Spread the word, spread the love. This great thing that only works because of the people; you all are some of the most passionate, interesting, powerful people out there.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed in Taipei for the first time in November 2010; had an unbelievable experience (surf with Chris if you visit!) but I didn't have the space to host. Now that I've upgraded to more spacious digs (3-bedrooms, no roommates), I'm pumped to finally start hosting and building up the positive travel karma!
