My main passions are animals, food, and travel. I love to socialize on all levels. My job is my life but when im not working im on the go around the world. I'm currently considering a move to Portland to further my education and am excited to start the next chapter in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couch surfed in Western Europe and absolutely loved it. I like the idea of a commerce free way of traveling and hope to make that available to those who need it.

All of the great experiences I had in Europe and Africa I account to CS. The people I have met and places it has taken me are priceless.

Interests

I worked at a library for three years so I do a lot of reading. Now I work at a veterinary hospital and am interested in the wellness of all animal species (including humans) I'm also into hiking and camping, any wilderness adventures, cooking, spending time with my friends and family, gardening and other such nonsense. I started a book club and am hoping to generate more interest soon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The illegal part of the Paris catacombs, 4th of July fireworks in five cities from the top of a mountain, the world from the drivers seat of my VW bus, happy friends around a camp fire.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach crochet, sewing, how to cook almost anything (except for snicker doodle cookies for some reason)

I can share the company of myself and my friends, a snugly Labrador, some great spots around olympia, a home cooked meal, stories.

I would love to learn more outdoor survival techniques, how to play the harmonica or make my own wine. There are things out there that I didn't know i've always wanted to learn so throw whatever you've got at me!
