About Me
After I was born in the USA, me and my family only stayed 2 years in Philadelphia and Boston before going back to France. I finished a Mater's degree in Management and worked for a while in banking strategy in Paris but my main interest goes to cooking. Experiences from South America to Asia gave me the opportunity to live with people from all around the world, share activities and recipes that contribute to my future project of opening a restaurant of fusion food.
Open-minded, approachable and respectful, I want to make of my stay at a place a great opportunity from either my host and I to have a good time!
