ABOUT ME

I am a creative and open-minded person. I love meeting new people, travelling, seeing new places. I love to always explore new things and new possibilities! I lived in the United State for many years but feel Lithuanian at heart! I am a big basketball fan, Lithuania's national sport! I studied music and am a pianist. I have a great appreciation for the beautiful things in life such as music, arts, people and friendships.

My life has always been a "join the dots" game: I joined many dots (people, events, coincidences) trying to guess what picture will appear at the end. But the end is too near and too far at the same time.

My perception is becoming, more and more often, that the wisest women is the one who is not craving for more and more and better and better; she's able to stop, enjoy the moment, the, the company if any, the loneliness if alone, the full experience that his senses bring to her; the refreshing rain on her face if raining, a simple meal if she's eating, a hug from a friend, a funny dog following her, a book she just opened and started to read; and she's able to tell himself: "Even in the future, it can't get better than this. It can't be.It’s almost PERFECT...

I am new to Couchsurfing but heard a lot about it and am really exited to travel and host travellers in my home country. I think it is a genius idea, resulting from human goodness and compassion.

Hosted and had great CS experience in Paris, Tokyo , Barselona, Viena, USA

Intereses

Love traveling to unknown destination and taking off beat tours. Always bring something special from these trip to my home . Love music especially classical and second choise is jazz. My favorite jazz singer Rachelle Ferrell in US.
Everything that leads to a healthy lifestyle: physically ,mentally and spiritually talking.
Love my profession as a piano teacher , I have been practicing and teaching since 5 years old.
I have been practicing yoga since 2002
I have been doing fencing as a hobby since I'm 18 years old. I love hiking and all the movement that came along with it.
I love to eat , so cooking is a passion too...

Books that give me some knowledge, I mostly enjoy educational books, history books,medicinal books,art books, maybe a very interesting novels...

Movies that follow more or less the same pattern that the books... But a good fantasy movie can make it as well...I really enjoy DOCUMENTARIES.
