Music, Movies, and Books

I try to listen to music anytime, anywhere. I enjoy listening to classical music, it calms me and sets me up. I love Tchaikovsky and Beethoven, I love Chopin, but not all of them. At the same time, I can listen to some pretty heavy music like Dub Step and Drum and Bass, Slip Knot and Marilyn Manson, Rammstein or something even harder when I'm training. From books I'm currently reading Joe Dispenza, and a couple of books on organic chemistry. From fiction I love Mark Twain, Fyodor Dostoyevsky, Jack London and Boris Akunin. I am a lover of cinema, there are a number of favorite Soviet and Russian films, these are the films of Gaidai and Alexei Balabanov. I can't stand blockbusters and what's in theaters these days. Of my favorite foreign directors, this is Tarantino - watched by me to holes - repeatedly, I can discuss for hours how he shoots. And of course, the Coen brothers, they make very high quality films. Always open to something new.
