Born and raised in Eastern Kazakhstan, went to school in Germany. Recently finished university with a diploma, was travelling for a while, now back in Germany. Happy to have found an amazing job in the far north of Germany (Rostock).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a nice community full of travel enthusiasts and in general very open-minded folks. I would love beeing a part of it!

Interests

I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, getting to know new places and experiencing different cultures. Was on two backpacking trips (Cuba & Southeast Asia), the next one is coming up soon! And wherever I go I will definetly take my camera with me. Love shooting nature, people and cities.

Music! I love listenning to music pretty much everywhere. I have a pretty wide spread interest in most of the genres but I prefer progressive rock, metal with here and there some crossover elements. Always on the lookout for some new music.

Concerts are amazing. You go to a place full of people sharing the same passion and see your favorite band which you have been following for a while. I was a concert photographer on some gigs.

I play guitar, both acoustic and electron, for more than 10 years. Write my own music, record it and publish some tunes online.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I haven't traveld a whole lot but enough to have met some nice people and visit some amazing places. Hopefully I will be able to do it more often.

In Cuba I was accidentally at a Rolling Stones Concert. Didn't even know that they are going to be there. Not even mentioning that they are playing for free.

Teach: basics of photography, some guitar skills, I'm pretty good with computers if you need help there
Learn: If you happen to know some nice recipes (great if they happen to be vegetarian or vegan) or have a music recommendation, I'm happy to listen!
Share: If you're into music and looking for some recommendation I can share some artists or a bands you might like, depending on what stuff you like!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Some stories from my trips. Basics of photogaphy. I love cooking some international food. So if you're into that we can make a nice dinner. I also know some russian meals I can cook myself and love to share.
