One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I completed half Iron man (triathlon)

I just write what I did and doing and it is all information I can share to everyone: personal develop. I was long time team leader of office system administrators. I ran marathon and a lot of half marathons. I completed of half iron man (triathlon). And I have experiеns in other sport sections. I have 3 years of yoga practis and 2 yesrs of meditation. I was in vipassana 1 time in Thailand. I was in mountain top- Elbrus (Russia), Mera Pick (Nepal).
