Overview
About Me
From Ukraine 🇺🇦
Looking forward to being able to host again, but now it's complicated
1. Trying to find unusual things in normal places and situations.
2. Afraid of printers, Thursdays, places whose names start with "B" and revolving doors.
3. Looking forward to discover new people, cultures, and locations.
4. Cannot change my hometown in this profile. I'm from a small town Popilnia in Zhytomyr region.
5. Neutrality kills. Pacifism has never worked. Sport, culture, and travel cannot be outside of politics. There are no good occupants and no rights for anyone to kill and destroy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to see interesting places in different countries and help tourists to see such places in my country. I think that cultural diversity is the most beautiful thing that we have.

Music, Movies, and Books
1. Music: rock, indie, alternative
2. Films and books: The Book Thief, The Great Gatsby, The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Inception, Interstellar, The Witcher, The Game of Thrones, The Count of Monte Cristo, The Shining (only book, I hate the movie), Ten Little Niggers, Dandelion Wine (the best book ever) etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
2. Won the lottery (0.25 EUR) and was bitten by a homeless dog in a few hours, so after that, I am careful with the lotteries.
3. In total: 29'000+ km by hitchhiking.
5. Was an AIESEC organization member, and they kicked me out from there without telling to me. I understood that from Insta stories on their page.
1. Norwegian police closed the 8km road tunnel for 1.5 hours because I and my friends were walking through it at night (accidentally).
4. Licked a meteorite.
7. I'm blocked at Glovo and Wolt (food deliveries) as a security threat.
6. With a friend we saw 104 falling stars in the mountains at night before my working shift.
8. Broke my toe while showing Ukrainian dances at a youth exchange in Croatia.
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn something new about foreign cultures. I'm addicted to discovering new places and new people, to seeing their daily lives and hobbies.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I know a lot about Ukrainian culture, so I can make you something from Ukrainian cuisine. I'm a huge book lover, so we may find some novels to discuss. In love with cultural diversity, so will be happy to learn something new and teach you something that I know.
Also, I can give you a lot of tips for your future trip to Ukraine (you are welcome!), so you will be here like a duck in water.
