Hi. I only let people stay with me who i trust and get to know before! So going for a walk and coffee is essential. My house is a special place and only interesting souls get to stay here!

To start! Please dont send me messages and then never meet up! Wasting my time is a real No No. Some people are just like that!! Annoying!!! I am friendly and i like to show people my beautiful city!!

Im into art galleries/museums, beautiful buildings, people, im a monkey on the Chinese zodiac, so im a people watcher!
I love hard work/outdoors, the sun when it shines, climbing trees when possible, i love a challenge!
My favorite saying is 'why walk when you can run' thats sort of me.
I like to keep fit, so usually do something physical every day.
I am an artist and sell my work in Edinburgh, i will put a few images of my work on this community!
I am a single dad, two teenage kids, have free time as they don't think dad is so cool anymore!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not sure yet, will add more later when i have more experience surfing couches!!!!!
I would like to help someone with their english, help them if they have a garden, or other work, if they want to start oil painting, i can also give lessons!!!

Interests

My children, art, gardening, especially topiary, bonsai
Also nature in every form, old buildings, architecture, languages,culture, trying to learn spanish but its not one of my strong points! Pool, poker, bowling, !!!

I like science fiction/fantasy, like my art its complete escapism!!! Tolkien, gemmel, blake, salvador, brooks, donaldson etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Definitely must be the great barrier reef in Oz, I have had some amazing dreams in my life but they dont come close to the colours of fish, coral and just the amazing size of this living organism, i will never forget my time there, its like going to another planet.

Also seeing my kids being born, that should really go 1st but thats a more personal thought!

Also doing a solo parachute jump!
