am a 23 year old aspiring world travelor with a one year working holiday visa in New Zealand. I spent most of my life in Oregon, where I fell in love with the great outdoors. I am an adventurer with a wild heart, one that keeps me enthusiastic about new things, new people and new expriences. I studied environmental studies, geology and outdoor leadership in college, so I am extremely nature oriented. Lets get outside! All the time! Lets fall in love with nature and teach others to do the same. My passions include romping up mountains, down rivers, through waves, and through the bush, all somehow with a guitar and a poetry book on my back. I am also extremely passionate about music. All music. I loved throwing house shows and folk concerts in my living room throughout my adult hood. I love sharing music and seeking musical atmospheres in any community that I am a part of. I deeply cherish people and the many potential connections that can be made, there is so much to learn about the world!I believe connecting with people from different worlds is the best way to do so..

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Community is very important to me, investing time and energy into the health of a community is so necessary in todays world. This is why I am on couchsurfing, because I hope to have experiences that impact me in beautiful ways as a part of community while I travel as mindfully as possible. I would love to dip my feet in as many places and experiences that I can. I hope that I can give back to others what I recieve from them.

I built a digloo on a mountain once. It took me 12 hours to finish and I cried twice. But then I fried up a steak and slept like a cozy baby all night long. It was pretty rad.
