I love to travel and to learn about different cultures, their history and........their beers :)

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is live and let live. I'm an atheist but I have no problems with religion. I believe religion is an important part of our human history its just too bad we fight over it. I'm open minded. Different ideas, skin color, sex, religion, political background, sexual preference dont bother me. Basically I'm laid back and I just want to see and experience as much as I can while I'm still here!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think this is a great idea! I love to travel, wish I could do it more often. I think it's awesome to be able to share cultures and meet local people in such a personal way as this. At the moment I can only offer a coffee or a beer and to show people around. I live about 20 miles outside of Philadelphia. We have lots of parks here, historic towns. Not as old as European towns but still nice. Or We can take a ride to Center city and south street where the night life is.

Travelling, history, drinking (love to try different beers from around the world). Soccer and hokey I like I'm just not good at them :) Fishing on a nice hot day by the river under a tree and just relaxing. It only gets a little boring when the fish refuse to bite! Motorcycles. I want to move to a state where it never rains or snows so I can just ride motorcycles everywhere. I sold my last one a year ago and I miss it very much!! lol.

MOVIES: I like just about any type of movie. V for Vendetta - Lock Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels - Snatch - Saving Private Ryan - Transformers - Transporter 1 - Braveheart - From Dusk Till Dawn - Resident Evil - Borat - Supper Troopers - 13th Warrior - - -

MUSIC: Vysotsky (Russian bard) - Beatles - Cream - The Doors - Nickel back - AC/DC - Mostly Older rock from the 70's and 80's. Some new stuff too.

BOOKS: Just about all history. WW2, early humans, early civilizations, evolution, religion ( I know Im an atheist but I like to learn about it and how it evolved ;p )
Science books about the stars, universes, outer space, how stuff works....

I like a lot of them I just dont get much time to read.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

While driving through Florida in the middle of the night on interstate 95 I saw a HUGE fireball in the sky. Turned out to be the space shuttle taking off. Was an amazing sight. People were parked on the side of the highway, for miles, looking up at it.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Consider myself a student of the world. I want to try other cultures beer and food!!! :) !!! I'm not sure what I can teach. Maybe how to sit in the shade all day during the summer, drink a cold beer and enjoy the nothingness and calmness of the day!!
