My name is Ioanna Zotou. I am 24 years old and I am a young architect. I come from a village called Polican, near Gjirokastra in Albania. I will make a bicycle tour form Tirana to Kakamega, Kenya.
My project is called Art For Africa.
Since a long time ago, many years, there is an image in my mind. It is a moment where I am surrounded by young African children and there is gratefulness in their eyes. I have always thought that these images exist, they come and go and develop in time. This image stayed the same from the time I was 8 years old. So I decided to make it real.
