About Me

Hello, welcome to my profile, I'm a guy, a Belgian son of a Belgian man and an English woman, I have always lived in Schaarbeek, I'm quiet (but i make an effort not to be too quiet) and I'm especially respectful towards people and their stuff.
Took a break from studying this year, before restarting studies in another direction.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to meet people, see places, experience new things, make friends, laugh, learn new languages, maybe get a tan while doing all those things (god knows i need one).

Interests

I like watching movies, playing games (both video games and tabletop games), I like walking around, visiting stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music artists/bands would be : The foo fighters (I started listenning to them when I was younger and for a while I expanded my tastes around them), QOTSA, them crooked vultures, Led Zeppelin, Thin Lizzy, Jimi, Creedence, The White Stripes, Eagles of Death Metal, Gary Clark Jr., Hüsker dü and the list just goes on and on. (listening to a lot of Tool for the moment as well as Tame Impala).
Favourite movies: Mr. Nobody, Good morning Vietnam, Black Dynamite, Paprika, Dirty Harry, Me and Earl and the Dying girl, The shining, Spirited Away, Reservoir Dogs, Scott Pilgrim vs the world, In Bruges, Full Metal Jacket, Blade Runner, Ferris Bueler's Day Off,...
As for books, I've recently read The Silk Road a new history of the world by Peter Frankopan, a book on the ideas of french-greco philosopher Cornelius Castoriadis, and some others,...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got off my depressed ass and went to Bolivia, working in a cheese making plant.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you French and English If you want (though I doubt you'd need English lessons if you read all of the sections above before arriving here anyway).

What i want to learn: languages, traditions and usages of regions i visit, and I want to learn guitar.
I want to share moments with people most importantly.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well apart from what i mentioned above, I can share with you my enthusiasm to be part of this couchsurfing thing, my good attitude, music with my spotify premium account, and chores obviously !

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, England, France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland
