I'm a sous chef originally born and raised in Taiwan. I use to go be all the time over summer vacation and miss it dearly. Will be going back come August of this year though and I can not wait. Food was always a huge part of my childhood and growing up with an amazingly talented grandmother it inspired me to be a chef.
