Moved from Russia (St. Petersburg) to Canada (Toronto) in 2006. Pretty happy with that decision.

As a visitor I can guarantee cleanness and respect to the host and the place I stay.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new interesting ppl when I am traveling. I don't have lot of experience with Couchsurfing but some people I've met and stayed with I already conceder as friends. This year (2019) I am going to stay with Christian in Bayreuth for the third time.

Interests

Art, Architecture, Design in general ( I am a self employed graphic designer), Opera (I write about opera performances. If I am in your area it means I am on my way to watch something or I am on my way after I watched something :-), Ballet (sometimes I am taking parts in the National Ballet of Canada productions as an extra - servants, vaulters, guardians, courtiers ... It's a big big fun :-), Furniture renovation (sometimes ppl dump every nice stuff that need just time and hands to give them a new life), Yoga, Fossils ( I am a fossil collector and try to find them any place I visit). I adore nature and beauty, Nature in general, Space is awesome! Psychology, ppls relationship... I like dinners with friends a lot. Wine, beer or so...

P.S. I adore Italy and especially Venice.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am not an overconfident person to tell about the things I've done are amazing, but I would say that the most amazing and impressive thing I've ever seen was aurora from the airplane (Toronto - Helsinki) that I watched for 3 hours. It was amazingly beautiful and so close that I felt I could almost touch it. :-) unforgettable show.
