I have to mouv my body and my mind to be okay. Lot of way for that but not so easy every day. Really interresting for me to see diferent life style. I came in asia by earth, little by little. Now I want to spend some time in Japan. I really like vietnam and laos but summer is coming, think is good to go to the north and I am really curious to see far east !
