I'm British, 28 years old,recently moved to Copenhagen. I would say I'm pretty friendly, interested in other cultures and other ways of life. I have lived in Spain, the UK and Argentina, where I have worked in various media and environmental campaigning jobs.

Nothing through the CouchSurfing network, though I have hosted many travellers on their journeys through Wales!

Interests

Art, including drawing and writing.

Learning languages - bits and pieces of Spanish, French, Welsh, Arabic and now starting Danish.

Environmental politics, climate change, international relations, news media.

Cooking, particularly Mediterranean and Indian food.

Music, Movies, and Books

Many of my favourite writers are 20th C. American authors - Steinbeck, Richard Yates, Saul Bellow, Joseph Heller, Tom Wolfe, Kerouac, etc. Also Graham Greene, Irvine Welsh, and some books by Martin Amis and Ian McEwan.

Also music is a huge interest, particularly electronic music, old and new. I also like Spanish language cinema - if you haven't seen El Secreto de sus Ojos yet, I can't recommend it strongly enough!
