Teach, Learn, Share

I worked for 8 years as DeRose Method instructor which work outs the body and mind through bodyweight exercises plus breathing and meditation techniques, i can share my knowledge in this area with anyone interested in it.

Learning is my obsession, i love to learn and to meet new paradigms and point of views.
